The Gumasta License, also known as the Shops and Establishment Registration, is a mandatory requirement for conducting any business or commercial activity within the state of Maharashtra, India, under the Maharashtra Shops and Establishments Act.

Aadhar card/ Pan Card/ photo (All Director and Partners)
 

Address Proof - light bIll (Rent Agreement if Rented Premises)

Incorporation Certificate if its  PRIVATE or Partnership deed of partnership firm

NOC from Owner (If employee is more than 10)
